  • Continue with existing scholarship programs: 30 scholarships for the Central University for Nationalities, Beijing and 20 scholarships for Zunyi Medical School, Guizhou
  • Start new scholrship program in Xian, providing 10-30 scholarships with emphasis on minority students and training teachers for rural areas
  • Construct elementary schools in rural China
